Does Hollywood have an agenda?
Would you be surprised to learn that G-rated films are the most profitable? And knowing that, would you be perplexed by the fact that Hollywood continues to pump out more R-rated products?
It's all in a study released today by the Dove Foundation and reported here.
"While the movie industry produced nearly 12 times more R-rated films than G-rated films from 1989-2003, the average G-rated film produced 11 times greater profit than its R-rated counterpart," said Dick Rolfe, the group's founder and chairman.
Now who doesn't believe Hollywood has its own agenda? What other industry purposely chooses to make less of its most productive and more of its least productive product?

Seriously!!! I do not get it! I've heard similar reports before...and it makes me wonder why there aren't more G movies, especially if they're such huge blockbusters...I mean, Hollywood's all about the money, right?!?
