Yummy Yams
In case you've been wondering for years what is the difference between sweet potatoes and yams - and in case you care enough to take the time today to find out:
Here's a recipe I love -
Toss cut-up sweet potatoes or yams with olive oil, melted butter, rosemary and a teensy bit of salt. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or so.
Yummy.
