New Years Resolutions

This year we're planning to keep a New Years tradition we kept every year when the kids were younger, now a little more sporadically.
On New Years Day, we'll gather round the table as a family. pray, and then spend a while individually making our resolutions. We'll have heavyweight paper and assorted color pens on hand so we can decorate our list and make it look more impressive - and, who knows? Maybe looking impressive will lend the resolutions more gravitas, more keepability.
I laminate the lists so they are more permanent too. In some drawer or other, I know I have some real keepsakes from years gone by when resolutions were as simple as "I will remember to feed the fish."
This site has some resolution forms which you can personalize with your child's name.

Sounds like a great idea. You should really see some results, with that many people resolving.

Thank you for posting this! I love it when we can add the name of a family member for pages to be print out. The pages make for good writing practice too:) Happy New Year!
