Where you can see/hear me
On Thursday, March 23, I will be a guest on The Harvest Show live at 9AM. the show will repeat at 9PM and 2AM. If you have DirectTV, it is channel 321.
I am posting this very humbly because I do not like to be on TV. It spoils my illusion of what I look like - which in my mind is much different than what the camera captures :). But I thought you all might want to know.
I will be talking about my book Dirty Dancing at the Prom and Other Challenges Your Christian Teens Face: How Parents Can Help.
Also, next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Family Life Today will be broadcasting my interview on the same book with Dennis Rainey.
Life is a little exciting for a while. But I still have to keep up with the grocery shopping and laundry!

dearest barb, thanks to you and your editor for so much blog fun! i eagerly anticipate reading your book. even though i dont have a laundry *room* God can still meet me, yes?

Hi Barbara,
Yes, it does look like some fun and busy times ahead for you. Now that I have a teen (and a pre-teen!) I really see the need for your new book! I so don't want to be blindsided by anything :-)

i have my son's teacher taping it for me. they get all kinds of stations thanks to her husbands job.
on a different subject, where do you get your cranberry juice. the only sugar free one I found is $7 for a small amount! I have not tried the health food store where I will hopefully find the flax stuff. I'm ready to jump into your fat flush boat.

Janet - the organic unsweetened cranberry juice is expensive, but you only use one cup of it to mix with water for the drink on you fast day (we are talking about the Fat Flush Diet, which is what I've been using).
