Blog subscriptions
Someone asked in the comments how to subscribe to Mommy Life. I know you can subscribe at Bloglines - which has a link in my bottom right sidebar.
I don't know how the RSS feeds work, but maybe someone else can explain. And some commenters mentioned other subscription sources. Feel free to add them again here.
Remember, the awards for the five longest-term subscribers who tell me by tonight will be announced tomorrow!

I have no idea how to use RSS with Internet Explorer, I use Firefox as my web browser. When I'm at a blog that has RSS a little icon appears in the address bar at the far right hand side. It's an orange square with three white lines. When I have my mouse hover over the icon a dialogue box appears that says Add Live Bookmark... If I click on that a pop up window appears that allows me to name the bookmark and decide which folder to put the bookmark in. It's better than a regular bookmark because when scrolling through the live bookmarks all of the recent blog entries are listed individually so I can choose which entry I specifically want to visit. And if I haven't shut down my computer I can tell if I've already read a particular entry because the icon next to it's title changes. But if I've shut down, the computer doesn't keep that record. At least that's how it works on my computer. I hope I haven't muddied the waters for anyone. I still haven't figured out Bloglines . . . .

I didn't figure out Bloglines, but Feedblitz is fabulously easy.

Feedblitz is the one that sends out email notification, right? If it is then I have one blog where I use it, and you're right - it's soooo easy.
