Diet motivator of the day

gamepre.jpg

I'm sorry, but there just is nothing sexy about fat.

I think I'm going to make a collage of pictures like this and put them on my refrigerator door to remind me that no matter how hungry or bored or restless I get during the day, no detours from my diet are worth the results which are sure to follow down the line if I don't continue to exercise self-control.

Not that my goal is to be sexy. But I am hoping to be more the woman God intended me to be, using food for sustenance and not misusing it for other purposes. Why is gluttony the only sin we pretend is not a sin?

I clipped this picture from a news story about this woman - an actress I never heard of - throwing a fit on an airplane and getting kicked off. Sounds like she lacks self-control in other areas too. But she says it's all about racism. Of course. Obviously they've never kicked a white person off a flight for bad behavior. Or have they? Hmmmm.

Could it be possible they kicked her off because she thought she was above the rules? Just another arrogant woman throwing her weight around.

Love,

Sounds like a spoiled lady who had trouble dealing with the ramifications of 9/11. Yes, they have a problem with hairdryers. They are to be packed in luggage, not carried on. yes, they can be made into weapons. Sounds silly, but one must consider these things.

This is not racism, this is spoiled lady pushing a racism button. ARGH!

Spoiled woman who thinks she can get what she wants because she's "Famous". I hate it when people won't own up to their own actions but blame it on something/someone else.

Woman needs to grow up.

I pray she has a black judge and that he laughs in her face.

During the summers when I was a teenager, I worked at different fairs around the state selling ice cream. My Mom thought she could make a lot of money selling weight loss videos of people eating at the fair. Some people would be standing in line for ice cream while eating a huge meal, usually they were very large. The worst was when they be holding and eating 2 different things, one in each hand, while waiting in line to buy ice cream.
