In case you've commented here in the last couple weeks and not seen your comment in print, it may be because I've been bombarded with ugly, nasty spam - usually over 300 per day, that are - thank goodness - weeded out by my spam filter.
The problem is that sometimes legitimate comments end up there too. When the numbers were smaller, I used to go through the spam before deleting it to make sure I wasn't throwing out comments from friends. For the last few weeks the numbers have just been too big for me to do that. Plus the nature of some of the spam is pretty sickening.
Anyway, my Blog Guru has set up a new comment system for us and so things should be better. I just want to apologize if you've taken the time to leave a comment and then wondered where it went.
I really value your comments - always have and always will!

You might also be interested in Spam Karma 2, that is, if you run wordpress. And, from the looks of it, you run MT. But, maybe it will help someone else out there. My husband installed it for one of our clients who was having horrific spam problems and it took care of it.
