Need picture of a reading nook

Still pulling pictures together for Mommy Teach Me and Mommy, Teach Me to Read. If you have any you'd like me to consider, please email them to me by Monday.

I still could use pictures of kids doing any learning-to-read activities.

A picture of a preschooler making three-letter phonetic words with magnetic letters on the refrigerator would be really wonderful.

Also, a picture of a child building a tower of graduated blocks, like the Montessori pink tower.

I am especially looking for a picture of a reading nook as I've described in my books - a cozy place with a shelf with kids books, a beanbag or child-sized chair and a picture at child-height. If anyone has created this type of reading nook, could you please take a picture with the best camera available - preferably with natural light.

I have received some absolutely wonderful pictures for the books - which are so inspirational for moms who will be reading my ideas for the first time. I want to thank you all!

In light of the similarity of the first proposed covers to that of Montessori Play and Learn, my publishers have redesigned the covers. They are still very similar. You all who've been reading MommyLife for a while know that writers have NO say at all in cover design so I am happy that they modified the covers at least a little in response to my concerns.

These look like great books to put out on our homeschool resource list. I'm sure you've probably explained elsewhere, but when are the books due out?

Julie -You can email pictures to me, but I'm way overdu already, so it won't be much longer.

L.L. - these will be out in June or July 2007, published by Braodman and Holman. They would be great resources and I hope you will remember to contact me as we get closer to the date and I have more promo information.

Thanks,
Barbara
