Supporting this site
Just a reminder that if you are shopping online, linking to Amazon from MommyLife helps with the cost of keeping this site up and running.
For any purchases made by my readers, Amazon returns a small percentage here. I am still not at break-even, but getting closer every month! You can help by making essential purchases at Amazon - everything from diapers to onesies to tricycles to basketballs to power saws to cameras to front load washers. Seriously.
Oh yes, and books and music.
Personally, I buy lots of stuff from Amazon - though what I buy myself doesn't count towards my percentage. I've been doing it for years. Their prices usually can't be beat and often - though not always - you can get free shipping if you buy over $25 in merchandise (just remember to look for Super Saver shipping when you check out). But even if I pay shipping, I save on gas and time and energy - also by not going to the store and buying impulse items.
The other big plus - and I take advantage of this all the time - is the customer reviews for products. When I have to buy an appliance - like an iron of a coffee pot - I always read the reviews before I make a decision. It really helps.
So just remember - whatever shopping you have to do, please save yourself time and money while supporting MommyLife by clicking through to Amazon from the Barbara's Store button on my right sidebar.
I don't want to encourage anyone to buy unecessary stuff, but in case you are doing Chrismas shopping, I have also included a cyber-mall on the bottom left sidebar with places I have shopped from before. Same deal as with Amazon - if you click through from this site, a small percentage of your purchase will help with expenses.
Thanks a bunch!
