Gotta love this girl!
In the Kids Say the Darndest Things Department:
Maddy (13)
- who once upon a time confessed that she thought when I took things to the Goodwill that I was actually putting things into a "good well"
- whose hero is Doris Day
- and who has the most consistently upbeat personality of anyone I ever met
just responded to a conversation on the many things we love together:
Mom, we're like two peas in a pot!
I don't think this girl will ever stop making me smile!

My personal fav from one of my own is: "Mommy, why does ear wax taste different from nose wax?"
Same child at about age 3 figured out that personality and temperament wise, "Brother was for Mommy, and she was for Daddy".
