Joe Biden shows his lack of class
Typical Democrat/liberal fare. Why discuss the issues and prove you have nothing really to say when you can just hurl an ad hominem attack?
Honestly. Do you ever hear conservative candidates for office doing this?
Biden Talks ToughBy Adam Nagourney
DES MOINES — Joseph Biden, the Delaware Democrat running for president, is a man of strong opinions. During a campaign event in a Des Moines backyard today, Mr. Biden had some choice words for President Bush and two of the Republicans running for the White House.
“This guy is brain dead,” Mr. Biden said to surprised applause and laughter from the crowd. “I know I’ll be quoted, I’ll be killed for that.”
Yeah, I'm sure we would all cherish a president with such a juvenile approach to oratory.

No, you never do hear conservatives talking like this . . . and if you did, they would be taken to task by other conservatives.
Just found your site today. Have been reading your book and really enjoying it. Thank you for writing it!

I was there when Sen. Biden made his "controversial" comments. About 70% of the country now believes that "brain dead" as a description for the current decider-in-chief is an understatement.
Joe Biden has more integrity in his little finger than Shrub Bush could ever muster up.
I love how you knuckle-dragging conservatives
are still trying to defend the most dishonest, incompetent and brain dead administration in history.
Even if someone as smart and good as Joe Biden is elected, it will take at least eight years to begin undoing the damage this corrupt and despicable crowd has done to our country.

Hey readers -
I don't usually publish drive-by commenters - but Keith Dinsmore's had me laughing out loud.
Liberals truly remind me of little children on a playground: "I hate you!" "It's mine" "You're ugly!" "Your mom's ugly!" "You're stupid!" "You're retarded!"
No class.
Keith's level of oratory just proved my point - the liberal position seems to be Why substantively argue the issues when ad hominem attacks are so easy. Oh, btw, ad hominem means name-calling, Keith, and don't waste your time on any more comments. One is the limit here for you :)
Oh - and for the curious among you, you'll find a picture of our noble hero here: http://www.myruralamerica.org/mra.ourleadership.asp

I believe Mr. Dinsmore just proved your point even more, Barbara.
Clinton, of course, was a wonderful commander in chief and brought honesty and integrity to the highest office in the land //sarcasm off

I'm more concerned about the damage that Dubya has done to conservatism, specifically to the pro-life movement. Thanks to him, we now have to face the very real possibility that our Presidential choices in 2008 will be Clinton vs. Guiliani. Pro-abortion all around. :(
I'm a conservative, a Christian, and a pro-lifer. As such, I think Dubya's heart is generally in the right place. However, I'm starting to question his intelligence....
