    The Little Red Hen
Hooray for a good work ethic! The little red hen asks but receives no help in her efforts to put bread on the table. Yet all who wouldn't help would like to eat. In a refreshingly old-fashioned triumph of moral consequences, they don't get to!
  • Noisy Nora
    Noisy Nora
Poor Nora! The loveable mousette experiences all the pangs of the child-in-the- middle, caught between the demands of baby brother and bossiness of big sister. Catchy meter, playful illustrations make for a wonderfully satisfying mouse's tale. Baby-Preschool
  • A Chair for My Mother
    A Chair for My Mother
A remarkably beautiful story told by a young girl whose mother is a waitress. Since they lost all their furniture in a fire, they've been saving mother’s tips in a jar – so they can buy a big comfortable chair for their whole family to enjoy – daughter, mother and grandmother. Life has its ups and downs, but there’s always lots of love. Ages 4-7

March for Life 2008 - Blogs 4 Life

Blogs_Life-Logo2008.jpg

For the third year in a row, I will be attending the March For Life next Tuesday, January 22 - the 35th anniversary of Roe v Wade. (will be blogging more on this subject in the next few days).

My day will start early, as I am speaking at Blogs 4 Life this year. Are any of you going to be there?

If you haven't thought about it, you might want to consider coming no matter how far away you are. They are having a morning and afternoon session with lots of familiar names from the pro-life movement - not mommy-come-latelies like me, but people who've been involved in fighting for the rights of the unborn from the get-go.

I am so honored to be sharing in this day with them.

Read more about the Blogs 4 Life conference here.

And here are my photo journals from March for Life 2007:

I plan to be at my state's March for Life. I'd love to hear you speak someday!

My husband and I will be there in prayer and spirit. The one and only time we went, Clinton was President and a huge snowstorm paralyzed DC. 2 of the people with whom we prayed the Rosary at the Presidential abortion mill in West Palm Beach this morning are going: Don Kazimir, Respect Life Director for the Diocese of Palm Beach and Fr. Peter West from Priests for Life who is preaching at a local church this weekend.

Here's my electronic March for Life: (Scroll to bottom--And, he's even cuter now, but he does look cute in those ultrasounds and those pictures. He's almost 3 now.)
