    The Little Red Hen
Hooray for a good work ethic! The little red hen asks but receives no help in her efforts to put bread on the table. Yet all who wouldn't help would like to eat. In a refreshingly old-fashioned triumph of moral consequences, they don't get to!
  • Noisy Nora
    Noisy Nora
Poor Nora! The loveable mousette experiences all the pangs of the child-in-the- middle, caught between the demands of baby brother and bossiness of big sister. Catchy meter, playful illustrations make for a wonderfully satisfying mouse's tale. Baby-Preschool

    A Chair for My Mother
A remarkably beautiful story told by a young girl whose mother is a waitress. Since they lost all their furniture in a fire, they've been saving mother’s tips in a jar – so they can buy a big comfortable chair for their whole family to enjoy – daughter, mother and grandmother. Life has its ups and downs, but there’s always lots of love. Ages 4-7

I did a mix of portraits with lots of crowd shots because I wanted you all to see what it is like to be there. To see larger photos with captions, go here.

Those signs from other countries - France, Germany - were beautiful to see. I didn't realize people traveled from outside the U.S. to stand with us. That really made me tear up.

Thank you for sharing your pictures Barbara; Lord willing I'll join you some day, hopefully soon.

You know, I was very sad to read an article yesterday about the "decline" of abortions and the "rise" of the abortion pill. Off all the days they could run such article, they ran it yesterday.

I'll try to find the link and send it to you; very upsetting story, especially because of the anniversary of Roe vs. Wade.

Thanks again for sharing.....wish I was there.

Fabulous pictures, thank you for taking the time to take them and share them with us. I was surprised to find myself so deeply moved. There is something beautiful and touching in humanity, and seeing those photos distilled something of that for me.

Thanks for all the pictures. I emailed them to some friends from St. Veronica's in Chantilly, VA. You had pictures of some of their kids the "patient sister?" picture and the couple before that. My hope is to get to the march with our crew next year....

Beautiful photos! I cried too watching them. I especially loved all the high school/college photos. So many young people involved can only mean a better tomorrow. Take care. Dani

Barbara,
Couldn't make it this year, so I really appreciated all your great pictures. Next year we hope to take the whole family. Better get planning on what hats to wear!
Love,
Liz in D.C.

I wish I had the opportunity to join you on the March for Life but could only watch it on TV.

Beautiful pictures of a very moving event.

I'll be looking at these from at home tonight. Can't do it now because SSA has blocked it, giving me the standard "hate site" message!
What do you think of that?

Thanks Barbara. Really good photos, that do my heart good.

It's good to see so many different races, ages, and both genders represented. So good to see so many standing up for life. Thank you, Father!

Let's continue to cry out for the unborn, to repent for this terrible act against men, women and most importantly, unborn children.

I have a thought about the killings that have been going on for so long now. Our Lord said, "The kingdom is within us". That means that The "King" of that kingdom also lives within us. It is also said that,"our bodies are a temple". What better way for the evil one to try and destroy the kingdom, from the inside. Many world powers have been destroyed from within.
I was given a song by the Holy Spirit called "Too Many Tears". I do not want to make money from this song. I want to give it away since it was given to me. I do not want to sound like I am promoting myself. All I did was write down the words the Holy Spirit gave me. One can find this song under the name, Blaz'in River online.
