Martha sent me this link to a video of the Cactus Cuties (the embed code has been disabled) - five young ladies ranging in age from 8 to 13 singing The Star Spangled Banner at the Texas Tech vs Texas basketball game January 20, 2008 before 11,000 people.

OH MY GOODNESS! I've never heard of them! How sweet are they? And, I'll take beautiful four and five part over all that R&B note warbling from major recording artists lately ANYTIME!

I just can't stop listening to this. I've never heard such a poignant rendition of the national anthem.
