Do I really need two blogs?

Posted at the MizReport this morning:

I know there's nothing here to read lately. . . . please visit MommyLife instead

Sorry I am not currently posting here. Although I must have been in a compartmentalized mood when I started this blog - trying to move politics off my MommyLife site - I am back to a more wholistic perspective and posting on politics right alongside my posts about keeping bananas edible and teaching kids to sweep the floor.

It's all part of my life as a mom - Some people may whistle while they work - I think (and pray).

I have not decided to shut down here completely yet, but for now am back to posting my Campaign 2008 updates along with everything else at MommyLife.

I haven't yet made the final call, but am leaning toward going back to one blog. What do you think?

Love,

I'd prefer one blog. I like combining the politics with daily life and raising children. It should go hand in hand, I think.

Oh, I also wanted to mention that my middle and high school kids are going to a Rachel's Challenge assembly today. Yes, here in Massachusetts!

Simpler is better, I think, especially when you have as full a plate as you do! At one point I had 3 different blogs, but that was insanity & I only have 1 kid!

I prefer one blog. While I do occasionally read The Miz Report, I come here almost every day. If I'm not interested in something, I just skim past it. But I don't want to miss out on something you write just because it's on a different blog that I forget to check!

I'm going to read your posts no matter where they are, but I think one blog is better. Mainly I don't see a point in trying to keep up with two, trying to decide whether a post goes here or there. It's all connected anyway.

As I said before, I only check this one out, mainly because of lack of time, but I do love to hear your input when it comes to politics and overall view on our country's every day happenings.

I vote for all you have to offer in one place: here!

Very good plan (to go back to one blog) - I love the wholistic approach.

I really like going back to one blog. I forget to check the MizReport but I come to MommyLife everyday.

I see that I am in the commenting minority, but I REALLY preferred it separate. Motherhood has lots of common ground, but politics don't necessarily. and I would hate to have anyone miss out on your mothering knowledge and info because they don't agree with you politically. :)
