Paul Newman RIP
Paul Newman died this morning. A Hollywood icon, his life was especially remarkable for his successful marriage to Joanne Woodward. Though it was his third marriage, the two had been married for 50 years.
What was the secret to his long marriage? That question was repeated so often that in one interview he simply responded: "I don't know what she puts in my food."

The best quote I ever heard from him was during a Playboy interview he was asked if he was ever tempted to stray, his response: "I have steak at home, why would I want to go out for a hamburger?"

it's hard not to admire Paul Newman for putting his money to work in such productive ways, such as his Newman's Own line--high quality stuff and the proceeds go to good causes... very smart.
