"IRregardless" - GAH!
"usually always" - My kids say this one! "I usually always get my long division problems right." Really? Usually or always? Pick one.
"Disorientated" - I hear this one from educated news anchor types!

How 'bout "literally" and its misuse, e.g., "I literally froze to death." Really? But, you're standing right in front of me.
I also loathe your first choice, "At the end of the day." UGH.

"Well, that's just who I am.", as an excuse for nastiness, rudeness, and being unapologitic about wronging others.
"It is what it is...."
And ANYTHING used to try to camouflage, soften, sugar-cost, color, or twist a lie!

I have two.
1. "I'll be honest with you..." sounds like honesty is optional given the circumstances.
2. "(she's/he's) authentic" often used to legitimize someone's character.

"Not a problem"

I can't stand it when people say, "It begs the question..." when what they mean is, "It raises the question." "Begging the question" is a specific logical fallacy in which the conlcusion of the argument is assumed in the premise- basically, a circular argument.
