VA Choose Life! license plates
From Virginia state Senator Peter Cuccinelli, who is sponsoring SB 801, our "Choose Life" license plate bill - oh, yeah, another area where the "pro-choice" crowd doesn't believe we should have a choice :)
This bill has been passed once before, only to die with Mark Warner's veto in 2004. Then-Governor Warner expressed legal concerns with the bill, but rather2than try to fix them, he just killed the bill. We have gone back2and addressed his concerns, and we would appreciate your lobbying help to get the bill through.
The bill is in the Senate Transportation Committee, so please email some of the members and let them know you'd like to see a Choose Life plate available:

The money from these specialty license plates will go to fund crisis pregnancy centers all over Virginia. We are working with volunteers all over Virginia to help get this plate through. Please help our lobby efforts, but not only that..
Please go to www.VaChoose-Life.org and sign up yourself to get the plate if the bill passes. We need as many folks signed up as early as possible, so the committee knows that there is a real demand for the plate!
