Free Down syndrome resources?

I'm co-editing the upcoming issue of Feminists for Life's magazine with a "Raising Kids Cheap" theme (thanks for putting our call for writers on your blog, by the way). We're working on a special sidebar about free and low-cost resources for kids with special needs.
Can you recommend any Down Syndrome-specific websites? We've got a good selection of general sites for special needs children and their families as well as sites specifically for a number of different disabilities. But we're still looking for some good sites for Down Syndrome.
