Global warming, fear-mongering and propaganda
From Focus on the Family CitizenLink
Even the people sounding the alarm over global warming have to admit there's a lot we just don't know yet. In his Stoplight® commentary, Stuart Shepard explains why it's a bad idea to base policy decisions on uncertainty.
Let's face it - this whole global warming propaganda push has been just another crisis - fear-mongering among the populace to get your agreement to give the government more control and more money.
And as always, the double standards as the leaders of the Sky-Is-Falling Global Warming Campaign jet around the planet in style, raking in big bucks for sounding the (false) alarm. Can anyone say Al Gore?
Meanwhile consider that many of us are still dealing with the coldest winter ever - layering our kids in undershirts, turtlenecks, sweatshirts, ski parkas, gloves and trapper hats and laughing as the propaganda effort continues:
"If you tell a lie long and loud enough, people will eventually start to believe it"
Hitler's PropagandaMeister Joseph Goebbels. We're seeing a lot of this today, aren't we?

The term Global Warming was invented by the media. Global Warming is the shop window for Climate Change. Climate Change is normal and has been for all geologic time whether we like it or not.
I have just 2 children, both girls, neither is married or has children. Both are high flyers in socially responsible jobs.
Meet ecoanne, The Energy Lady who is glad that she has no grandchildren. I do not want to leave this life to a next generation who are cursing us for talk, talk, talk and no action.
The mantra of the 'Borg' in Star Trek "Resistance is futile" springs to mind.
