Obama, military, villain-of-the-week, parties, Leno, hypocrisy

Rush today is hitting on both the articles I posted this morning - and the irony that as Queen Michelle suddenly "discovers" the military (while assuming that just because she's had an awakening, the rest of us have been sleeping too) and the difficulties their families endure, His Obamaness is busy telling the head of the American Legion that he plans to move forward with his plan to dump the federally-funded care they currently receive for war injuries.

But ironies abound under ObamaNation.  Don't forget the weirdness of the fact that they're pushing socialized health care even as they try to dump vets into the laps of private insurers.

Then there is the weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth over the AIG bonuses, which they supposedly didn't know about it.  Excuse me, isn't that the reason why they rammed the bailout through even while voices of moderation were suggesting more time and analysis?

Princess Pelosi demands the best in Air Force jets - feels entitled to hold and cancel at the last minute, treats the Air Force with contempt , wasted taxpayer money - while berating private CEOs for the same?

Obama vilifies Rick Santelli one week, Rush Limbaugh the next - then this week AIG execs.  When have we ever seen our government attacking private citizens like this?  How can they accuse conservative talk radio of inciting hatred and violence when AIG had to hire security guards for their offices today because after Obama's curse, the death threats started rolling in.

And where is Obama tonight? Hosting a big St. Patrick Day blowout at the White House, then jetting off for two town hall meetings in southern California and an appearance on Jay Leno. While presidential candidates have appeared on Jay Leno (which I think is poor taste anyway) Presidents don't.

This administration is in constant campaign mode - still raising money, still getting its constituency foaming at the mouth over the villain of the week, and still partying hearty.

As an Air Force Veteran- I find this whole administration despicable. They really upset me. I don't think we do enough for disable Vets. as it is.
