On my way to the Tea Party!
On my way to the Tea Party in DC - camera-ready!
It's raining and I must admit it's taking every ounce of self-discipline I have to leave the cozy fireplace here at home to make the big trip to the Metro station - then out onto the cold wet streets to the Treasury Department.
Laura Ingraham will be speaking there. The DC rally is 12-2.
There are hundreds of rallies across the US - many scheduled for after 5 - presumably because this is a different kind of protest, one involving hardworking, responsible citizens who want and need to earn their own living.

If you haven't yet planned to go the a Tea Party, be spontaneous. Take your children. This is an educational event and a proud moment in American history.
