Memo to Loudoun County Public Schools

I've noticed when driving by the School Administration Building in Ashburn at night that it is ablaze with light. While I understand that cleaning crews are probably working, it is hard to understand why several floors would be lit at the same time.

In these cost-conscious times, I'd like to suggest that Loudoun County Public Schools be as careful as we taxpayers are having to be with our own electric bills.

And let's not forget the ol' Carbon Footprint ~~religion~~ philosophy!
