If you rely on a well for water and attach a pump to the bottom of the well and drain the pump back into the well does that magically create more water?
Why doesn’t this administration start digging wells in third world countries and fill them with water and be done with the problem?
(I won't even go into the simple fact that pumping water creates steam which reduces the amount of water because you should never mix the basic laws of nature with politics)
