Obama: You Scare Me letter from Lou Pritchett

AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT OBAMA

By Lou Pritchett

Dear President Obama:

You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of the others, you truly scare me.

You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.

You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.

You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.

You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.

You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don't understand it at its core.

You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always blaming others.

You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail.

You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America' crowd and deliver this message abroad.

You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.

You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one.

You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.

You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.

You scare me because you have begun to use 'extortion' tactics against certain banks and corporations.

You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.

You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people.

You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.

You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do.

You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the Limbaughs, Hannitys, O'Relllys and Becks who offer opposing, conservative points of view.

You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.

Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in 8 years.

Lou Pritchett

Note: Lou Pritchett is a former vice president of Procter & Gamble whose career at that company spanned 36 years before his retirement in 1989, and he is the author of the 1995 business book, Stop Paddling & Start Rocking the Boat.

Mr. Pritchett confirmed that he was indeed the author of the much-circulated "open letter." "I did write the 'you scare me' letter. I sent it to the NY Times but they never acknowledged or published it. However, it hit the internet and according to the 'experts' has had over 500,000 hits.
I think Mr. Pritchett is speaking for many of us.  Please use the Share button below to pass this on.

The only thing missing is :
You scare me because the Press has declared you a God.

I predict that Pritchett will soon be audited by the IRS & placed on a DHS watch list of potential man made disasters.

I am scared, yes, but not by President Obama. I'm scared by Lou Pritchett and by you. After 8 years of the worst presidency in our lifetime, you fail to see the disaster to both our economy and our world standing caused by George Bush. His misguided war in Iraq and unrestrained spending can only be reversed by a man like Barack Obama.
He has inherited the disasters caused by someone TRULY inexperienced like George Bush. Yes, I'm scared--by people like you!

Saw this and thought of you.

Phil Taylor, wipe the pixie dust from your eyes. Obama is not the man you think he is. You may not like Bush but he didn't promote holocausts like we see with abortion. Obama is the most pro-death president this country has ever seen.
Abortion trumps the war in Iraq. 50 million deaths due to abortion. Obama sees no problem with "holocausting" innocent children. (a previous poster also saw no problem with "holocausting" them...her word.)

Funny. "Unrestrained spending" from Bush put us into this mess but over-the-top "unrestrained spending" from Obama will get us out? (I'm trying hard not to laugh). I hope you don't teach your kids that method for getting out of debt.

Your "logic" needs to be re-thought. You're talking out of emotion.

I've been scared for years by people like Phil! Oh yes, Bush was "TRULY" inexperienced, never mind that whole Govenor and business owner thing. Intead, we now have a TRULY experienced rabble-rouser, protestor, and "community-organizer" running almost every facet of America, both public and private. I've never been more scared and hopeless. Hopeless that my children will not know the America I've been fortunate enough to grow up in. Instead there will be control over every aspect of their lives. But obviously our benevolent leader know's what is best for all of us poor citizens. He's told us many times "very clearly" and "as simply as he can."

Hi Barbara,
I think a couple of these commenters are the "haters and trolls" Katie Couric was talking about. haha. Apparently they've been brainwashed by the Obamamedia and can't think for themselves and they can't stand it when other people can and do.
That was a great letter by Lou. Thanks for posting it. Hopefully, Obama won't ruin our country . . . but unfortunately, he's on a fast track to the destruction of our freedom and of the things that have made our country strong.
