Conyers: no point in reading health care bill - just vote yes

Another gem from CNS - ignored by the Government Media

John Conyers - for those who've been too busy leading honest, productive lives to be keeping track - has a history of corruption, most recently involving his wife's corruption charges, about which he claims innocence.

But he's a Democrat, so like Barney Frank and Alcee Hastings and a score of elected and Obama-appointed officials guilty of tax evasion, conflict of interest, accepting bribes/political gifts - corruption is not a deal-breaker when it comes to running other people's lives. As a matter of fact, Conyers is actually head of the House Judiciary Committee, and as such he pulled the plug on a proposed investigation of ACORN election crimes and corruption.

As a nation we should be ashamed of having people like this posturing and pretending to be doing anything useful at all - while collecting a massive paycheck and innumerable perks at public expense. With a gold-plated health care plan - not subject to revision under Obamacare - to boot.

Do not let up on your pressure to your congresspeople. Tell your Republican reps not to compromise. A compromise is just something that will slow the process. Liberal strategy is to give on a few items until the Republicans give in and it is publicized that they reached an agreement. Then they start adding things back in, creating a difficult situation for Republicans who reached an agreement to rescind it.

Chaos and confusion - fear and intimidation - these are the weapons of those who are pushing these disastrous policies cown our throats.

But your pressure matters. Keep up the good work!

Love,
