Laura Ingraham adopts second baby - from Russia
Anyone out there a Laura Ingraham fan? I listen to her daily. Last week when she left for a "secret" mission which she promised to share when she got back, I guessed a second adoption.
I was right! Laura brought home a new 8 month baby boy from Russia - her second child and a little brother for Maria, the now-four-year-old daughter she adopted from Guatemala last year. Photos at her website.
I'm not sure why she's chosen the route of single motherhood, but I wish her well as she puts herself on the line personally to share our country's abundance and opportunity. Listening to her talk of her appreciation for her own mother and mothers everywhere, I was really touched by how parenthood changes us.
Congratulations, Laura! And welcome, Dimitri!
