Obama "health care" will cut off seniors

Just landed in my Inbox:

So, I guess this is the plan to level the population levels of young/old - since people aren't having enough babies anymore to support the economy, and abortion takes the rest, we will need to lower the life expectancy.  There is a lot that needs to be said and done about this.  Don't get me started!!!   Martha

SENIOR DEATH  WARRANTS:

 In
England anyone over 59 cannot receive heart repairs or stents or bypass because it is not covered as being too expensive and not needed.

Obama wants to have a healthcare system just like
Canada 's and England 's.

I got this today and am sending it on.  If Obama's plans in other areas don't scare you, this should.  Please do not let Obama sign senior death warrants.  Everybody that is on this mailing list is either a senior citizen, is getting close or knows somebody that is.

Most of you know by now that the Senate version (at least) of the "stimulus" Bill includes provisions for extensive rationing of health care for senior citizens..  The author of this part of the bill, former senator and tax evader, Tom Daschle was credited today by Bloomberg with the following statement:

Bloomberg: Daschle says "health-care reform will not be pain free.  Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them."

If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that
our esteemed Senators and Congressmen have their own healthcare plan that is first dollar or very low co-pay which they are guaranteed the remainder of their lives and are  not subject to this new law if it passes.

Please use the power of the Internet to get this message out.  Talk it up at the grassroots level.  We have an election coming up in one year and nine months. And we have the ability to address and reverse the dangerous direction the Obama administration and its allies have begun and in the interim, we can make their lives miserable.  Let's do this!

This scares me so much. How many of us have seen a loved one almost (or actually) die in a VA hospital due to subpar care? Government healthcare has already abandoned the bravest among us. I can only imagine what it will look like when it extends its arm to the rest of the country.

59? My mom turns 59 next month! I have a hard time considering her a senior.

This doesn't appear to be quite as dire as it sounds if you read Snopes.com http://www.snopes.com/politics/medical/seniordeath.asp

Although that still doesn't put my mind completely at ease.

[Marie - it shouldn't put your mind at ease. While Snopes is reliable on many things, when it comes to politics, they are very biased in favor of Obama. Snopes is a mom-and-pop operation by a very liberal couple. I have found some blatantly false information there. When it comes to politics, you can't rely on them for the final word.]

Well, some Baby Boomers always said they never wanted to get old ... maybe they should have thought about that a little better.

During the 1900's the fact that the average life expectancy increased sereval decades was always given praise. How are the libs going to spin the data when it goes down for the first time if this passes?
