Hi Mrs C,
I went through every photo on your album. I chuckled, smiled and felt proud as I was looking through them. Then I came to #161 which said "235 years ago an ocean separated us from an oppressive government. Now it is just a river." And it just hit me with tears and sadness. It is how I feel about our country right now. I keep trying to have hope that everything is going to work out but something tells me that we are in this for a long haul. Honestly, I feel robbed. The older generations got to experience the best of America. I know I am sounding defeated. I feel that way. Everyday I think about what is happening in our country. I'm trying to have hope, I am, but it is hard.

Mrs. Damian Garcia, I know what you mean. Remember the end of this long story. Remember who ultimately wins.
