Alarm clocks for heavy sleepers
I find the most interesting stuff browsing through the things readers order through my Amazon link. Rest assured, I can't see who buys stuff - and I browse to see what's new.
The Clocky Clock below - which comes in a number of colors - is new to me. It acutally jumps off the nightstand and starts rolling around the room until you shut it off.
What a great gift idea for a heavy sleeper!

I'm the one who bought the alarm on wheels. We saw it last Christmas and almost bought it for my husband's little brother. My husband has been complaining about his alarm clock, so I decided to get this one for his birthday. Apparantly it sounds like R2ZD2, which should be fun. I'll let you know how he likes it when we get it.

that clocky clock is hilarious! A friend of mine was telling me his grandfather used to put marbles in the freezer (he lived with his grandfather,) so whenever he procrastinated getting out of bed for school in the morning, in went the freezing marbles. nothing gets you out of bed faster when they roll where ever you go!
