Correct way to sneeze

School's starting next week. With the swine flu looming - though how much is Big Pharma/government hype remains to be seen (btw, our family will not be vaccinated, thank you very much) - it's a great time to re-run this:

The first time I saw my kids sneezing into their sleeves, I corrected them. Then they corrected me.

Once they explained it, it made perfect sense. The elbow sneeze has caught on fast where I live. Have you all seen the new technique? Are people using it in your part of the country?

Love,

We were at the pediatrician's yesterday when one of my kids sneezed into his elbow. I thought the PA was going to weep with joy. She said, "Yes! Yes! That is exactly how we've been trying to get people to sneeze! Good job, mama!"

Patting myself on the back, LOL.

Choose for yourself this day whom you will serve, but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord.

This video is chilling.

I find the video funny, tho the patriotic piece is a bit much. Seems tongue-in-cheek to me, much of the video. I must have read about "coughing and sneezing into the elbow" in a parenting magaizne or on a blog when my almost 7 year old was quite young. I have been encouraging it, and it makes sense to me. The idea has been around for a while now.
