H1N1 swine flu vaccine - alternative information

Amber sent this - click on the banner for alternative info than the Tired Old Media hype:

mercola swine flu.jpg

I don't know about anyone else, but I feel little reason to trust O&Co on this issue, especially knowing even more about the the corrupt ties between our government (regardless of party in power) and Big Pharma after watching Generation RX">Generation Rx yesterday (another good reason to join Netflix - so many more meaningful and informative films available which you would never have access to otherwise).

I will be reviewing Generation Rx this evening. It will shock you.

In the meantime, you can get up to speed by reading all my entries on Big Pharma.

Okay....I listened to the Dr.Mercola interview, I am already an avid ready of his site...and also the NVIC. I do not get my children vaccinated, I believe one of my dd neuro damage could very well have been caused by vaccines, so I have a personal reason behind my choice. All that being said, I would disagree with Dr. Mercola perpetuating this thought that the H1N1 is a "mild" flu. We have PCS CONFIRMED H1N1 in our family....and it is anything but MILD!!! It is the absolute worst flu we have ever had, ever! I believed Dr. Mercola all along about H1N1, until it came to our family. Maybe he should have seen my 12yo daughter not able to feed herself, dress herself, help herself in the restroom, communicate, etc.... I had a 12yo that overnight became a baby. She had Encephalopathy caused by H1N1.
I am not trying to make mothers fearful of this. I really just want mothers to beef up their childs immune systems, and read up about health. Watch for changes in your child, if you think the flu is turning into a different type of infection, get help! The information I was getting from the Dr. Mercola site led me to believe that this flu strain was going to be no different than any others. I wish I knew in advance, that yes, it can be a bit more dangerous. I might have been a bit more vigilent and taken her to the doc sooner. We ended up in the hospital for 4 days.
I had 4 other children recover with no complications, and one child who has not come down...yet! It really is a 7-8 day flu, not a 2-3 day thing like the regular flu.
Thanks be to God I have been flu free! I hope to stay that way, I am pregnant, and one of my dd peds doc at the hospital lost her 10week old baby to the H1N1 flu, and another of the peds docs was in the hospital for a week....so seriously folks, this is NOT something to take mildly.
Again, I do not endorse any type of vaccinations, especially not the H1N1....give me a break, the virus will be dead and gone before they ever get their vaccines out and ready for public anyways. Kinda sounds like a joke to me!
I am thankful for one thing throughout all of this....we are now immune to the ever feared H1N1, praise God!! When it comes around the in the next 30 years, we are immune, haha....all you people who got the vaccine will NOT be.
Sorry for the long post, I am still a bit passionate about all of this!

11 year old daughter had swine flu 2 weeks ago about 5-6 days of 104 temp, bad cough ,horrid headache ,eyes hurt too bad to even watch cartoons...I kept close watch on her and kept lots of liquids coming she barely ate anything in 5 days. I believe I had it a few days before same exact symptoms but so mild it didn't do much more than slow me down a bit.I believe this is the same swine flu I experienced as a child in the 60s ,I still remember the pain in my head and eyes, and that my mom was afraid to come in the same room as me.

So my 13 year old who was totally breastfed for a year didn't get it and my 11 year old who I wasn't able to nurse got a whopper case do you think my 13 year old got immunity from me? I wonder about it.

Anyway after it was over I gave Casey a high five and told her You are good to go!

Next time the government decides to take the country on a hysterical ride over swine flu you have Immunity!!Anyway we were really treated strangely by a few folks kind of like we were lepers . So honestly I do think it is a very hard flu for those who have no natural immunity but I am truly glad we went through it instead of taking a shot that protects them for one season.

And by the way my Grandmothers mom and baby brother both died in the swine flu 90 years ago So I grew up hearing how a hay wagon pulled up to their house and her father carried their bodies out and put them on the pile of bodies on the wagon and they were taken down to the cemetery and buried in a mass grave, so I felt I had the facts and it is a difficult decision to make .I thought of our family story many times that week but I am not one to panic either.
