Loudoun Valley: Oliver! tomorrow night - with Maddy!
Saturday night's performance of Oliver! at Loudoun Valley was canceled due to heavy snow (I know, I haven't written about our very exciting first snow, but between the Friday night and Sunday performances - plus the Purcellville Gazette Christmas party, speaking at a women's Christmas tea, Mass this morning with the Cardinal of Argentina visiting our humble parish - well, life has been pretty exciting.
The good news is that they have added an extra show tomorrow night at 7:00. This is a great opportunity to take the family to a Broadway show in our own backyard. But remember, this is Charles Dickens, so there is a lot of darkness. Maddy plays Nancy, the true redemptive character in the play - and she is awesome, I know I'm her mom, but it's true.
