    The Little Red Hen
Hooray for a good work ethic! The little red hen asks but receives no help in her efforts to put bread on the table. Yet all who wouldn't help would like to eat. In a refreshingly old-fashioned triumph of moral consequences, they don't get to!

    Noisy Nora
Poor Nora! The loveable mousette experiences all the pangs of the child-in-the- middle, caught between the demands of baby brother and bossiness of big sister. Catchy meter, playful illustrations make for a wonderfully satisfying mouse's tale. Baby-Preschool

Sarah Palin in Wasilla - serving at Christmas

Hello Barbara -

I thought you might be interested in seeing this post on my blog:

The Christmas Friendship Dinner in Wasilla was a huge success!

I was the volunteer coordinator for the Wasilla Christmas Friendship Dinner that Sarah Palin mentioned in her interview with Gretchen Carlson on Fox and Friends. I thought you might like to see the photos from the event. My previous posts include photos from the set up and some of Sarah's mother, and then I also have a post about the Wasilla book signing for "Going Rogue."

Many have commented about the contrasts between Obama's expensive Hawaiian vacation and his no-show on Christmas eve at any church, with Sarah Palin's quiet and giving observance of the season. I hope you enjoy it.

Glad to see Sarah Palin at work helping others on Christmas. I was also appalled that Obama chose to go to a gym and work out instead of going to Church on Christmas Eve or Day. He is in Hawaii staying in a 9 Million Dollar Home...tell me there is no gym in that house. Please....The fact that his photo op and our tax dollars were spent escorting him to work out on Christmas is ridiculous and another perfect example of how truly egomaniacal this man has become.
