Starbucks a la M. C. Escher
Not sure where I found this or who's responsible. But if you've ever been to New York City, where there's a Starbucks on nearly every corner - or seen that Simpsons Bart and Homer are rushing to get into a store before it becomes the next one converted to a Starbucks, you'll appreciate the humor:

I had to write a paper about MC Escher in geometry years ago

Cool! I know who Escher is and I'm 42. :)

We (hubby & I) have always paused to enjoy Escher. Long before children, I bought husband an awesome Escher puzzle. Now, three children later, they really like working it, too.
Being such a serious coffee, and therefore, Starbucks fan, I LOVE this!
Thanks for sharing this in the midst of one national rip-off after another......something light-hearted to smile about....

We love Escher's art. A friend was just talking about him today. She was talking with her dad about running, and he said she should find a circular track that's downhill all the way. She retorted, "I think MC Escher had one of those in his gym..."
