On the eve of the government takeover - we can STOP the government takeover of our health care.  But we all must do our part.  Come to Washington THIS SATURDAY.  Keeping constant pressure on the Members of Congress who are trying to seize your health care is the only way to stop this dangerous bill from passing.

It's not too late to STOP the GOVERNMENT TAKEOVER!

Join the Tea Party Patriots and our coalition partners Americans for Tax Reform, FreedomWorks, Faith and Freedom Coalition, Institute for Liberty, Let Freedom Ring, and 60 Plus at 10 a.m. in front of the Cannon office building as we begin to walk halls of Congressional office buildings and ask representatives how they plan to vote. Bring a clipboard and a pen to record their answers.  Then, at noon, we'll gather en masse on the West Lawn of the Capitol for a short rally before we return to the buildings.

The weatehr in DC is expected to be in the 70s and sunny. Be sure to bring sunblock.  Also, there will be some road closings in the morning. 

If you can't come to DC:

• Keep visiting local district offices of the targeted congressmen.  We have been advised that 6-10 constituents is considered a "crowd" and visiting in person is one of the most effective methods we have to be sure our voices our heard.

• The focus is on these representatives:  Altmire (PA), Arcuri (NY), Boccieri (OH), Costa (CA), Ellsworth (IN), Giffords (AZ), B. Markey (CO), Murphy (NY), Tanner (TN). Contact information below. 

• Blow your horn every hour, on the hour, from 9 am to 9 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tell your local media outlet what you are doing and why.

• We do plan to ustream the happenings on Saturday as long as we do not have any technical glitches.

It's your hard work that has kept America free from government-run healthcare so far and Saturday, March 20, 2010 is the last stand before the vote.
