Military Wives: Writing Contest entries due 7/5
From Faith Deployed:
To help celebrate America's birthday next month, I want to do something special, and I want you to be a part of it! So I would like to invite you to submit some writing for a chance to win some great prizes. Here are the guidelines:Tell me about something God has taught you, using your military wife experience, or how God has provided for and cared for you even in the midst of challenges. (Your theme could have to do with deployment, but not necessarily.) It could be something you learned about yourself, about God, about faith, love, patience, trust, etc. Or you could tell about a military-related struggle that has caused you to grow deeper in your relationship with Christ.
Word count should be between 500 and 1000 words.
Please use at least one Bible verse in your story.
The deadline is July 5, 2010.
Email your submission as an attached Word document to jocelyn@jocelyngreen.com.
Write "Writing Contest" in the subject line. Here is what you will win if your writing is chosen:
The gift of knowing that your writing is helping others! Your writing will be posted on www.faithdeployed.com and promoted through Facebook and Twitter.
A combination prize pack that will nurture the spiritual life of both you and your husband! I will be choosing multiple "winners," who will each win one of the following.
