Obama v. Bush - guys on bikes
Inspired by Barry's Big Vacation Adventure - from a comment at Michelle Obama's Mirror's Blog (one of my guiltiest pleasures) - I dug up some old pics of our former president -
You know, the one who is still responsible for every economic catastrophe, but not for the success in Iraq which former anti-Iraq-war Obama is quick to claim.
You know, the one whose down time at Crawford Ranch in Texas - a place he owned and which was easy to provide security for - provides Obamabotic defense against charges of our Royal Family living high on the hog.
You know, the one who was hounded mercilessly, treated with contempt by the media and even burned in effigy
You know, the one who actually stayed in Washington and worked at the White House being president rather than vacationing, golfing and campaigning as though he wanted the job just for the perks.
You know, the one who still goes to visit our troops in the hospital and returning home from tours of duty - without inviting the press.
There's something reassuringly manly about him, don't you think?

Like it or not George Bush is good people. I also like the way he throws out the 1st pitch at a ball game. Someone hands him the ball and he quickly throws a strike over the plate like it was nothing. Not an easy thing to do.
