Dear Friends,All individuals with Down syndrome and their families are invited to the 2010 Pumpkin Pick event at Numbers Thirteen Farm on Saturday October 2, 2010 from 12 noon to 4 pm. This marvelous event is hosted by Bob and Patti Blakely of Goldvein, VA.

This is a fabulous free event with lots of fun and entertainment - and the chance to meet other families like yours.
We've been there several times, but can't come this year. Next year, I'm hoping. . .

Sounds like soo much fun! Wish we could go! Our local mining company put on a free fishing derby/picnic for families with a special needs child in August and it was super fun, although our Sam mostly wanted to just throw rocks in the pond!
