Down Syndrome Pumpkin Pick - Goldvein VA Oct 2

Dear Friends,

All individuals with Down syndrome and their families are invited to the 2010 Pumpkin Pick event at Numbers Thirteen Farm on Saturday October 2, 2010 from 12 noon to 4 pm. This marvelous event is hosted by Bob and Patti Blakely of Goldvein, VA.

12:00 - Welcome and Sign In

12:30 - Introduction

12:30 - 5:00 - Face Painting - Hayrides to the Pumpkin Patch - Horse Back Riding

1:00 - 3:00 -Catering provided by Innové

1:00 - 5:00 - Cookies provided by Innové

2:00 - 3:00 - Music provided by Innové

This is a fabulous free event with lots of fun and entertainment - and the chance to meet other families like yours.

We've been there several times, but can't come this year. Next year, I'm hoping. . .

Sounds like soo much fun! Wish we could go! Our local mining company put on a free fishing derby/picnic for families with a special needs child in August and it was super fun, although our Sam mostly wanted to just throw rocks in the pond!
