Gov. Christie - direct, honest, authentic
Keep your eye on Governor Christie of New Jersey. Despite the media's relentless campaign against him - especially for being overweight (isn't the Left supposed to be the party of tolerance? And don't they adore Michael Moore?) - he remained unruffled during the 2009 campaign, winning handily and with grace and humor.
One of the most authentic, articulate and easily-understandable politicians I've ever seen. Plus I love the way he confronts his critics on their double standards and junior-high antics:
