Leesburg Courthouse: 8 judges say no to holiday displays
Rather than relying on media spin, I thought it best for everyone to read this themselves. Mind you, this is not a binding legal decision, but an opinion solicited by cronies colleagues on the Board of Supervisors.
This is an opinion which legally holds no more legal clout than yours or mine (c'mon - two judges from Domestic and Juvenile Court???), but which the BOS plans to use to back their plan to shut down the tradition of holiday displays at the Leesburg Courthouse (which, remember is Loudoun County property, not Leesburg's).

See you tonight!
Love,
