Obama's Brazil trip - the real news
Feel like you missed some recent coverage of our Imperial President and His Imperial Lady? I'm thinking our State-Controlled Media didn't want to rub in our faces the fact that our nation was going to war on a third front while the Royal Couple, the Two Princesses and the Royal Mother-In-Law had themselves a glamorous time in South America.
You can see it all - the wine-tastings, Lady O's multitudinous costume changes, and that stupid grin Obama gets when he feels good about himself, like a 4th grade boy who won Principal for a Day - at Michelle Obama's Mirror - March 23, March 22, March 21, March 20 -

Thanks Barbara, my meter's spinning around like it does every time the Mommy Lifers come calling!
We can hardly wait for our May trip to Ireland, England, France, Poland, etc.! The shopping has already commenced.

I do wonder who MOTUS is, getting all these seemingly "insider" pictures of the regal couple. MOTUS is one of my favorite sites. A guaranteed chuckle with every visit (if the reality wasn't so sad).

I cannot understand why she would think the dress with the barely-there spaghetti straps was appropriate to wear.

I'm not a fan of Obama, but seriously...you're criticizing his smile? What's next--his nose? feet?
Please, MORE pro-life, pro-homeschooling, pro-family values content, and LESS discussion of the Obama's appearance, especially physical qualities that they can't change.

Melissa -
Sorry I didn't connect the dots. I thought my readers were astute enough to get the image about the 4th grade boy being principal as a metaphor for Obama being in over his head.
He also obviously basks in the limelight and I'm not at all alone in thinking that he is in this for the glory and perks more than for the responsibility. He did, after all, declare war on a third front (no matter how "limited" or what they call it this week, it puts our troops in harm's way) while living it up during the girls' spring break on an obvious family vacation.
No one molds or dictates the content here. I am not writing to please readers, but to inform and I will continue to write to please a broad audience of 7000 visitors a day.
There are plenty of homeschool blogs out there, Melissa, and I'm sure it would be easy for you to find one with the pure content you crave. I am not bothered particularly by losing readers who don't like what I write.
But since you've never had anything to say about the other entries here, your comment is on a par with a neighbor down the street who's never spoken to you bursting into your house to tell you she doesn't like your drapes.
