Rep. Frank Wolf endorses Ken Reid
Congressman Frank Wolf has endorsed Ken Reid's candidacy for the Board of Supervisors. This is significant as Mr. Wolf generally does not endorse candidates before they are formally nominated by the Republican Party - a significant boost to his campaign!
In a statement, Rep. Wolf said:
" Ken Reid is a great ally of mine to improve transportation in Northern Virginia, combat gangs, help our non-profits, grow the jobs base of Loudoun County and help keep government's role small and limited. I heartily endorse his election to the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors "
Congressman Wolf also endorsed my re-election to the Town Council in spring 2010.
This Saturday and Sunday Ken's supporters will continue to canvass for delegates for the Republican Convention on July 23. If you can spare a few hours to talk primarily to Republican voters, please contact Ken. He can also furnish call lists if you wish to start making calls and then supporters can arrange to pick up the signed delegate form.
This also is a great way to get Ken's message out to voters in Leesburg for the fall election. We need to turn this board upside down, as we did in the national elections of 2010. Replace the Tired Old Liberals with fresh conservatives who are ready for some real hope and change.
