It was really classy of the unions to send in a crowd of tactless morons to this event. The Special Olympians may be challenged, but they didn't have to paint their faces and hide behind signs and slogans. These kids need our love and support for their hard work. And to all you parents of special needs kids who still identify with Democrats because you think they treat us better by giving us more money for our kids:
Plase understand that they are buying your votes. As pro-choice/anti-life citizens they have already made it clear they don't respect our children. Al Gore, Barack Obama. Rahm Emanuel - all are given a pass when they openly show contempt for those weaker and more vulnerable members of our society.
I hope you will finally get it. To them you represent a voting bloc which they can buy with the promise of more money. But they would be the first to exterminate your kids if expedient as they have no respect for the dignity of life.
It didn't matter to them that these Special Olympic athletes were to be honored in a way they would always remember. All that mattered was a chance to attack Gov. Walker.
Thus their heart is revealed.

If that were to happen at one of our special olympic events I would have been very angry. It really is unfortunate that they felt the need to impose upon these athletes and their families and cast a shadow on their moment in the sun.
