Atlanta school scandal: "The Devil Made Me Do It!"
This is funny, but the way the media are seizing the No Child Left Behind Act (and inserting Bush's name whenever possible) plus selling us a sob story about the pressure teachers are under to bring in good scores on standardized tests - well, it just made me remember this old Flip Wilson routine:

NCLB was a bipartisan effort at education reform. If it was working, it would be a heralded part of Ted Kennedy's legacy!
