Ranch Day equine therapies - Morrisonville, VA 7/23
Last year, because we moved north of route 7, we switched our Special Olympics equestrian training from the Ketterman Ranch in Philomont to Ride-On Ranch in Morrisonville, which is just five miles from our house.The boys switched from English riding to Western and are becoming well-versed in cowboy lingo. Yee-haw!
Autumn Wacker is the owner of the ranch and her interest in helping special needs kids has been life-changing as she went back to school for adaptive therapy and now has dedicated her ranch to full-time helping our kids.
Saturday is a great opportunity to spend a couple hours having fun at the ranch, meeting old friends and new, and talking to Autumn about setting up lessons for your child. Highly, highly recommended:
