I've finished the writing - thanks for your prayers
Just put the final period on the final sentence of the final chapter of my book. What a feeling!Next up: begin editing - cut from 55,000 words to 50,000; format properly, find pullquotes. Then print manuscript and do the same looking at hard copy instead of computer. Finish by Friday and send off on a wing and a prayer.
Then wait for editor's edits, go over and reconcile.
Will keep you posted. The creative part is over, though. Thanks for your prayers!

Oooh, I do hope you don't have to edit your manuscript from 55,000 to 5,000. That would be the most brutal editing job ever. :) Congratulations on finishing!
